  Profile

  Upon the establishment of the Company, he was appointed President and Representative Director. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of THE GLOBAL Corporation, a subsidiary of Ascott Corporation, and as Vice Chairman of Ascott Corporation. Prior to establishing Ascott, he worked at a government-affiliated financial institution, where he was involved in loans and equity financing for large corporations. In addition to being involved in the seed stage, he has been involved in strategic alliances, capital strategies, and many other corporate management support activities, and has an extensive track record of investment and corporate support both domestically and internationally.

  Responsible for all aspects of investment. He leads all aspects of the investment process from sourcing, negotiations with lenders, and closing. He also serves on the board of directors of Ascott Corporation and THE Global Inc.

  Chenrong Chu

  Profile

  Responsible for all aspects of investment. In addition to leading the investment execution process, he was deeply involved in the PMI of the portfolio companies. In addition, he advised Japanese companies on their China strategies and led the search for specific partners. He was involved in business alliances between Japanese companies and Ping An Group, particularly in the fields of nursing care and healthcare, and negotiated many alliances. Prior to joining Ping An, he worked in consulting at a major foreign consulting firm.

  Responsible for overall administration. In addition to being in charge of finance and accounting, personnel and labor affairs, general affairs, and IT, he is also in charge of fund accounting and general administrative operations. Prior to joining the company, he was engaged in securities-related operations, operation and maintenance of securities back office systems, and financial accounting at an IT company and its subsidiary boutique securities firm, and then engaged in general administrative operations and IPO preparation at an IT venture.
